I am currently working as a recruiter in the care management sector at my company Medix. Recruiters in healthcare, particularly in care management, often need strong interpersonal skills to understand the needs of both healthcare organizations and candidates. The ability to communicate effectively, analyze information, and make informed decisions are also crucial. Receiving an education in Humanities has given me a better understanding of human behavior which I apply to job role daily.
